COVID-19 Information

The safety of our staff and attendees is our top priority. We will be following all CDC and state mandated guidelines to help protect against the spread of COVID-19. Below is a list of the steps we will be taking, as well as some things you can do to help protect yourself and others. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact us.

Gate Entry

  • - Everyone must wear a face mask when entering the event
  • - Ticket Sales: Online-purchased tickets are preferred
  • - Clearly-marked areas to form lines with stickers marking 6ft distances
  • - Limit the number of people inside the building to no more than 50% of the total maximum occupancy

Ticketing Booth

  • - Staff members will be wearing gloves, masks and sanitizing countertops and other high-traffic surfaces
  • - Staff member temperatures will be taken prior to entering the venue. Staff members with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be sent home
  • - Small bottle of spray to clean mobile devices and counters
  • - Must maintain a distance of at least 6 feet between individuals (Floor markings to identify 6ft distance between individuals)

High Traffic Areas

  • - Additional portable hand-washing stations and portable hand sanitizer stands at gates, food court, guest services, exhibitor booths, and more
  • - Sitting areas, such as benches, placed further apart
  • - One-way foot traffic in and out of venues (clearly marked entrances and exits)
  • - Counters and high traffic surfaces sanitized frequently throughout the day
  • - Prevent large groups from entering or leaving the building at the same time


  • - CDC guidelines signage throughout venue
  • - Signage and public address announcements on washing hands and physical-distancing
  • - Addition of COVID-19 guidelines on our website

Remember These Important Steps to Stop the Spread of COVID-19

  • - Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other individuals
  • - Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds as frequently as possible, or use hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available
  • - Cover coughs or sneezes with a sleeve or elbow
  • - Do not shake hands
  • - Regularly clean high-contact surface areas
  • - When sick, stay at home
  • - Do not gather in groups larger than 10 people
